Elsewhere Collaborative receives $150,000 grant
Elsewhere will use the multi-year grant will help transform Elsewhere into a fully accessible, restored live-work museum at 606 S. Elm St.
Plans for the funding include restoring the historic architectures, renewing facilities for resident artists, performing safety upfits and increasing public accessibility to the full three floors.
Elsewhere, which has been at the site since 2003, will also renovate the building to provide livable residency spaces to support artists creating new work in downtown Greensboro.
