Agustina Woodgate creates sculptural works, performances and interactions that generate and imagine new landscapes. These new landscapes transform socio-political phantoms into generative proposals for re-organizing space. Her public art projects have been commissioned by the Biennial of the Americas, Denver; PlayPublik, Krakow, Poland, the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities; the Bass Museum and Locust Projects, Miami. In 2011 she founded Radio Espacio Estacion, an ongoing online nomadic bilingual radio station.
Agustina is one of the artists commissioned for South Elm Projects. She completed Hopscotch across the South Elm neighborhood during her one-week residency in April.
